Role Overview

As a Co-Founder of SenterME, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s vision, strategy, and execution. You will be responsible for enhancing our technical capabilities, scaling our operations, and collaborating closely with the CEO to ensure the successful growth and impact of SenterME. This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate and dedicated team at a critical stage of our journey.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Technical Leadership:​

    • Oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of the SenterME app.

    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the app meets high standards of performance, security, and user experience.

    • Provide strategic guidance on technology trends and innovations to keep SenterME at the forefront of wellness tech.

    • Manage and mentor technical team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
       

  2. Product Management

    • Work closely with the Product Manager to enhance product features, prioritize development tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

    • Contribute to the product roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives and user needs.

    • Utilize user feedback and data analytics to drive product enhancements and innovations.
       

  3. Operational Excellence

    • Develop and implement scalable operational processes to support growth and efficiency.

    • Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments.

    • Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the company remains agile and responsive to changes​.
       

  4. Business Strategy & Growth

    • Collaborate with the CEO on business strategy, fundraising, and partnership opportunities.

    • Identify and pursue growth opportunities, including new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams.

    • Represent SenterME at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements to build brand awareness and credibility
       

  5. Team Collaboration•rformin

    • Foster a collaborative and inclusive company culture that aligns with SenterME’s mission and values.

    • Work alongside the CEO to recruit and retain top talent, building a high-performing and motivated team.

    • Ensure clear communication and alignment across all teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within a tech startup, ideally in the wellness or health tech industry.

  • Technical background with hands-on experience in app development, software engineering, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated success in product management, including experience with product lifecycle, user experience, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Exceptional operational and organizational skills, with a track record of developing and scaling processes.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with experience in fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion.

  • Passion for wellness, emotional health, and making a positive impact on individuals’ lives.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.
